Wayfair Brand Refresh
Creative Strategy + Copywriting
Home brands talk about home constantly. What they rarely do is talk about your home — the one with the weird layout, the hand-me-down couch, the kitchen table where everything actually happens.
No Place Like It was a campaign strategy built on that gap. A push to move Wayfair from aspirational catalog brand to something more emotionally honest: a brand that celebrates the way life actually unfolds at home, in all its specific, unrepeatable detail.
I led the creative strategy and copy direction for the refresh, shifting the brand toward an editorial-led approach anchored in real customer stories. Instead of staging perfect rooms, we found the moments — the meals, the rituals, the accumulated chaos of living somewhere — and let product find its natural place inside them.
The campaign created a clear point of differentiation in a crowded category, repositioning Wayfair not as a store where you buy furniture, but as the brand that gets how much your home means to you.
